DUSSEHRA

 

On this auspicious day of Dussehra in every nook and corner of the country we kill or burn Ravana to commemorate the victory of Lord Rama over the evil that is represented in the form of Ravana.

But in the kalyuga Ravana symbolizes the demons that are present inside us in the form of jealousy, envy, self-doubt, lack of confidence, insecurity, procrastination and many more that I can’t even list here.

One or the other demons mentioned above are present inside us and we know that. I want that we acknowledge the demon sitting inside us and burn it today on this day of Dussehra. I know it’s not easy to burn that aged demon in a single day but at least acknowledge that we also have one, it can be in any form and take a resolve to not let it overpower our good self. I think, that will be the true celebration of Dussehra for all of us.

I wish almighty to give us the power to be successful in our good cause.

The void inside

S ometimes I feel so empty deep inside my heart as if there exists a trench there.  The busy moments make me forget everything about the emptiness or fulfillment of life and the lonely ones make me search for something spectacular to fill that void.  Some discoveries give me a different perspective to look at things, some make me feel like - "oo I can get enlightenment" on this path😳, some make me laugh and some as usual remain futile where I get nothing except the regret of wasting my time. A scar means I survived

It's time to say goodbye to 2021 which came with a bad beginning for me.  Although I can't say that the entire chapter of 2021 was bad on the basis of a few introductory lines, because somehow it gave me a little insight to be more curious to know the story of my life better! #_6 Jan 2021   I had an accident that day.  We usually never imagine that such things can happen with us as well, and even if we do...we can't imagine how it actually feels when we face it. That moment I felt I might die. I was shocked & blank. I just didn't understand what happened. That night I could not sleep because of the pain and also because of the questions pouring down in my mind like raindrops. I thought what would have happened if I died that day? All my future plans, my aspirations and everything else would have been of no use. ख़्वाब

Found one of my old poems so thought of sharing it with you all. Hope you like it . Wrote on 14-08-2017 बैठे बैठे आज मैं फिर यही ख्वाब देखती हूँ कि हाँ,   इस पल मैं भी कुछ नया कर सकती हूँ । पर इस संसार की चार दीवारी में जकड़ी रहती हूँ,  मैं फिर आज, वहीं की वहीं ठहरी हुई रहती है। काश कि मेरे ये ख्वाब, कभी हकीकत में बदल जाते,  और हकीकत बनकर कभी लोगों को भी बदल जाते। काश कि मेरी ये खामोशी, कभी अलफाज़ में बदल जाती, और अलफाज़ बनकर, कभी गीतों में गुनगुना जाती। दिल करता है, कि आज फिर से एक ख्वाब जगाऊँ, और उसको पूरा करते हुए, आसमान को छू जाऊँ। लोग अकसर मुझसे ये कहा करते हैं कि, ख्वाब देखने वालो के महल ढह जाया करते हैं। पर ऐ मेरे यारों, कभी ये सोचा है क्या तुमने, कि ताजमहल बनवाने वालों ने भी, ख्वाब जगाया था मनमें। ये ख्वाबों कि दुनि‌या ही यारों, कब हकीकत में बदल जाती है, ना देखने वालों को सिर्फ एक बर्बादी सी ही नज़र आती है। Picture of the day ✌️

जीवन की कचहरी

विष का एक घुट मैं पी गया एक सपना आज मेरा टूट गया। वो प्यारा था, मन को भाया था पर रेत सा हाथ से छूट गया। मन रूष्ट रुष्ट, मन थका थका कई प्रश्न बड़े, कई शक खड़े मेरे अस्तित्व को झुठलाते हैं। कचहरी में खड़ा करके, मुझपे आरोप लगाते हैं। इन आरोपों का उत्तर देनें, मेरे ही अतीत के गवाह वर्तमान का हवाला देकर मुझे ही झूठला जाते हैं। हाँ, है समय की यही सजा देख जीवन की यह भी दशा। क्योंकि तू है अकेला, खड़ा यहाँ असफलता का मंज़र है, बना जहाँ। सबको क्यों बतलाएगा, सबको क्या समझाएगा जीवन में अकेला ही जायेगा। थे जो प्रश्न खड़े, जो तीर चले मेरे मन के टुकड़े टुकड़े करते हैं इल्ज़ाम अंत में मेरे ही सिर मढ़ देते हैं। जीवन की कचहरी में हर पेशी में, मुझे ही शामिल होना है। मेरे जीवन का हर एक लम्हा, मुझे ही संजोना है।

BEING HUMAN WITH HUMANITY

This blog is mainly for people working in fields that have a direct or indirect impact on other people's lives. For us, it could be just one of the many cases we deal with, one of the many patients we treat, one of the many problems we listen to, one of many queries we answer, etc. But for someone, it can mean their whole life, their health, their career, or their life-defining moments.  Please don't destroy anyone's life because we are already irritated with something else, we are tired, or we just don't want to work etc etc.   Have the minimum basic level of empathy and compassion towards others and don’t be apathetic.  Because one day it can be us, and it really hurts when someone becomes apathetic to our problems when they actually have the right and authority to solve them. Driven

There are certain things in life or in a day that needs to be avoided, no matter what our heart says. Because we also have a mind that tells us that, this can have undesired and unexpected consequences in long term or is not right to do so.  This restraint also defines our will power. One should try to live his/her life with human (rational) instincts and not with animal instincts, as much as possible. And for that, one must have a rational mind to be driven with.  So, observe more, learn more, read more and choose the right path for oneself at any juncture of the life.

Finding clarity within yourself

#_first blog #_ covid #_confusion Let's first understand the problem...why we get confused?  The prime reason is the abundance of options  available to us. The more knowledge and information we receive the more confused we are but that's the beauty & duty of our mind. If we are dead sure about everything, it means our mind has stopped processing and has blocked. Confusion is a sign of healthy mind. So, the only thing we need to learn is how to organize this confusion for our benefit because options available to us are not the problem rather they are the opportunities from which we can  choose the one that fits us the best. The first thing before taking a decision is to be calm and relaxed. We must stop the inside chatter and try to listen the inner voice. Hey! we are alive. Right? That's why I am writing this and you will be reading this.  Ok. So just a small conversation. You and I, we both have witnessed our lives from childhood to the present age. Yes? Don't you think that the more time we spend on this earth the more we get engulfed in the complications of this world.  People say with age comes experience. We understand more, we learn more, we earn more and we can actually do more. But is it true ? Yaa, maybe true but what I see is, with age comes frustration, complications, deceit and what not. We see people developing multiple faces. And with age, unluckily we learn to recognise them. Making our life worse by becoming so called samajhdaar.
